Bobby is the manager at the Cottage Grove, TN location of Henry Farmers Co-op, where he oversees daily operations and leads the team to ensure everything runs as smoothly and efficiently as possible. With 15 years of experience at HFC, Bobby has worn many hats throughout his career. He began his journey in October 2010 at the Midway facility, starting in the fertilizer barn, assisting with maintenance, and later becoming an applicator on the farm.
Farming and agriculture have always been Bobby’s passions. He genuinely enjoys working with growers to help them achieve the highest yields in the most efficient way possible. With a solid background in equipment and mechanics, Bobby is always ready to lend a hand with any related issues.
Outside of work, Bobby cherishes spending time with his family—especially his three grandkids—enjoys fishing, and loves cooking out. If there’s ever anything Bobby can assist with, don’t hesitate to give him a call. He’s always happy to help in any way he can.
