Jack Tearman is the Chief Drone Pilot for Henry Farmers Co-op, where he works closely with staff agronomists to ensure timely and precise aerial applications that help growers achieve their seasonal goals. He is passionate about drone technology and takes pride in delivering exceptional service that exceeds customer expectations.
A 2022 graduate of Murray State University, Jack holds a degree in Agricultural Science with an emphasis in drone technology. Though this is his first role in retail agriculture, his roots run deep—growing up in a farming community and learning from top-tier professors and industry professionals helped shape his hands-on approach today.
Jack’s attention to detail, commitment to quality, and customer-first mindset have contributed to the Co-op becoming one of the most trusted drone application services in the region. By collaborating with a strong agronomy team, he helps quickly identify and address challenges in the field, driving success for local growers.
Outside of work, Jack enjoys hunting, fishing, spending time on the lake with his family, and seeing his niece. A fun fact: he once played ice hockey while living in central Indiana!
