Michelle Minton serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Henry Farmers Co-op. A native of Marion, KY, Michelle grew up in a retail agriculture environment, where her father owned and operated a Case-IH dealership for many years.
She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Murray State University and brings a strong background in both finance and agriculture. Michelle spent 20 years with The Peoples Bank in Marion, KY, serving as Community President and Chief Loan Officer. She later transitioned to a role in Business Management with Crop Production Services in Salem, KY before joining the Co-op family in 2014.
Michelle and her husband, Steve, live on their family farm in Marion, where they raise Black Angus beef cattle and hay. They have two sons and enjoy the rural lifestyle rooted in hard work and community values.
